Sponsorship Opportunities
The Leiden Pharmaceutical Student Association "Aesculapius" has experienced significant growth in recent years and now has around 1300 members. This growth is due to the increasing popularity of the program.
If you would like to get involved with "Aesculapius" and create significant brand awareness among our members, there are various ways to do so:
- By placing a written advertisement in our association magazine 'SQ-linair', the annual alumni magazine, the yearbook, the weekly newsletter, or the program booklets for various activities and symposia. You can also place a banner on our website, at symposia, or at other events.
- By placing a digital advertisement on our website and/or our internship/job board.
- By giving a lecture to our members. We organize approximately 5 lunch lectures annually, where our members attend the lecture while enjoying lunch. You can also collaborate on one of the symposia we organize by giving a lecture.
- By participating in our Career Day. This is a day where students can meet companies within or outside the pharmaceutical sector. You can, among other things, have a booth at the market and/or give a workshop.
- By sponsoring our annual Foreign Excursion. This is a wonderful trip to a foreign destination, where several companies are visited, and a cultural activity is organized. You can contribute to this trip by sponsoring or in another way if you have a branch in the destination country for this year. - We can also distribute your promotional material to our members in various ways, such as goodie bags at symposia, galas, and other events. Additionally, we can hang up posters for your company.
- Other forms of sponsorship are certainly negotiable, and we are happy to brainstorm with you. We can also create a sponsorship package that will lower the cost per activity.
