Committees
Besides the board, there are many members who work hard to keep „Aesculapius” running. Various committees have been created, which have all kinds of tasks and organise activities. Here you can find an overview of all committees.
Would you like to join one of these committees? Then quickly fill in the committee application form! Completing this form is not binding: if you are asked to join a committee, you are not obliged to do so. Committee forms can also be found on ‘t Hok. The weekly e-mail regularly informs you whether new members are still wanted for committees.
„Aesculapius” Weekend Committee
Each year, the „Aesculapius” Weekend Committee organizes a weekend full of fun activities for all members of the association. This weekend is a great opportunity to get to know each other better, form new friendships, and enjoy some fun and relaxing days together.
During this weekend, we travel to a city where we have a varied program full of enjoyable activities. From cultural excursions to sporty challenges, but most importantly, plenty of fun moments together. There is often also a cantus, which makes the evening extra special. The weekend has few obligations and is mainly focused on relaxation and enjoyment. Think of theme parties, games, and other fun activities that strengthen the bond between members.
At the end of the year, we hope to surprise everyone with a unique yearbook edition that immortalizes the best moments of the year.

Almanac Committee
Each year, a yearbook is written and designed to capture the current association year of "Aesculapius." It includes an overview of all activities, news, committees, and of course, the Quotes & Trivia. The yearbook is created by members from all year groups, from first-year students to master's students. Together, they work on a yearbook full of beautiful memories.
During the Third Tuesday Drinks in December, the theme of the yearbook is revealed each year. This theme allows for creative input, focusing on both significant developments in the bio-pharmaceutical world and the highlights of student life. The yearbook thus captures the unique combination of science and student experiences within the association.
At the end of the year, we hope to surprise everyone with a unique yearbook edition that immortalizes the best moments of the year.

The Archive Committee consists of the current ab-actis and the ab-acti from the past two years. Together, they are responsible for maintaining the archive.
The Archive Committee is the group responsible for maintaining the association's archive. We ensure that all important documents, old yearbooks, photos, and more are kept organized. As the Archive Committee, we cherish our beautiful archive: Last year, we worked hard to ensure everything complies with the new privacy regulations, and we have made a small start in digitizing our archive. In short, behind the scenes, we are working hard to keep the history of „Aesculapius” alive. Every year, new documents are added to further expand this history. Feel free to approach us with any questions about our archive or if you want to take a look at the history of our association.
May the archive of the L.P.S.V. „Aesculapius” be and remain the most beautiful, most orderly, and historically rich archive in all of Leiden.
